OUR PLEDGE

Feed the Soul Foundation is committed to reducing the 60% restaurant failure rate by providing small culinary businesses with financial readiness and support. Our 60% Pledge helps you build proper financial reporting, apply for loans, and access small business grants. We also alleviate the burden of hiring an accountant by offering personalized bookkeeping services. 

THE 60% PLEDGE PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY 

• Culinary business owners who have been in operation for 36 months or less.

• Culinary business owners who do not have a QuickBooks account.

• Culinary business owners who have no accounting systems, accountant, or bookkeeper.

THE 60% PLEDGE MICRO GRANT 

• Culinary business owners MUST attend 6 weeks of Finance Training Classes, 2 hours a week on Mondays.

• Culinary business owners MUST invest in a QuickBooks Account.

• Culinary business owners MUST gather one year of bank, credit card, loans, and financial statements. Owners must show proof of these documents and will receive a secure link to upload all said documents.

Our self business assessment and questionnaire is designed to help pinpoint areas of need in your small business. All questions are required to be answered. The more information that you can provide, the more we can understand; your situation, your goals, and how we can facilitate the necessary support to help meet your business needs. 

Being honest and transparent throughout this process will allow us to better assess your needs.
